Steve Ardagh
General Manager
Steve is General Manager and Owner/Director of Eagle Direct.
He has been involved in the importation of disposable consumables into the New Zealand Medical and Industrial markets for many years. Prior to that he had his own marketing consultancy business and before that Marketing Manager for an Australasian Agricultural Seed company.
He is born and bred in Christchurch and spends many aimless hours running the port hills above Christchurch.
Lynda Ronaldson
Operations Manager
Lynda is Operations Manager for Eagle Direct as well as Owner/Director.
Originally from Scotland Lynda has lived in New Zealand since 1999. She is a trained Physiotherapist and prior to entering this business owned several Physiotherapy practices in Christchurch.
Lynda is a keen cyclist, triathlete and snowboarder. She is also an artist of some renown and has had several well received showings of her pastel nudes.
Bianca Dawe
Office Manager
Bianca looks after the Office, Accounts and Administration for Eagle Direct as well as heading up the customer service team. Bianca has several years experience in the disposable consumable business and is presently completing a Business Communications Paper at Christchurch Polytechnic.
Bianca is a New Zealand Champion Marcher, keen sportsperson and aspiring DJ.
Mark Lewis
Key Account Manager
Mark is Key Account Manager for Eagle Direct.
He has been involved in the disposable consumables industry for a number of years and prior to this completed a bachelor of commerce degree in marketing at Canterbury University. Mark has recently spent time travelling through the US and Europe.
Mark is sports mad, including being an accomplished squash player. Other interests include boating and travel. He also enjoys the odd Speights.
Rochelle White
Operations
Rochelle is our Operations Manager and looks after our shipping, administration and foreign currency, as well managing our IT and CRM database.
Rochelle is originally from the North Island. She was born in the Waikato and attended high school in Whakatane before moving to Christchurch in 1998. She is a keen sportsperson playing Netball, Touch Rugby and Kickboxing.
